For Labor Day weekend we decided to head to my parents house. Tim was working and Ian had the day off of school. Plus let's be honest -we love Logan! The kids slept the whole way as usual. When we arrived at my parents home Aaron was hungry. I gave him a bottle then passed him off to grandpa. Aaron was all giggles until he puked all down his face -you can still see some leftover puke still on him that I was able to capture before he was completely cleaned up. Clearly Aaron thought it was hilarious and was still full of giggles, grandpa not so much :)
Ian & Hunter were begging to go for a four wheeler ride. Since the four wheeler helmets are way too heavy for Ian to actually be able to hold his head up, he wore his bike helmet.
Andrew, Hunter, Ian, and I then decided to head up Providence Canyon for a ride. Aaron stayed home with grandma and grandpa. Ian loved riding on the four wheeler much more with Andrew than with me.
We stopped a couple of times to throw rocks in the water and feel how cold it was. Very cold!
Later that night we headed to the neighbors house (in Providence) for a bar-b-que and movie. Ian had a blast playing with his new friend Maya and there conversations were quite hilarious....
Maya: Ian you be the daddy, and I'll be the mommy
Ian: No, I am the bad guy, I'm evil
Maya: No, you are the daddy
Ian: Fine, I am a bad daddy
Ian would also push Maya on the swing. Then later that night Ian was swinging by himself when I heard him saying mom help me. I looked up to see nothing but a completely bare bottom. He was swinging and slipped backwards. However when slipping the chain caught his pants, which caught his underwear. It was hilarious. Good thing he is still little because he was laughing too! We had a wonderful time with family and friends, and will be back in another week maybe?!?!?! Our house is supposed to be closing that weekend. I think this will be the third closing date...the whole process is super annoying. Fingers crossed!
